The Planning Commission is an important part of shaping the future of the Town. It reviews and makes recommendations to the Town Council for changes to Greensboro’s Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. Additionally, the Planning Commission reviews and either approves or denies all subdivision requests.
The Planning Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall. The agenda for each meeting is posted here when available and updated as needed.
To request to be on an upcoming Planning Commission agenda, please email the Town Manager at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
