Trash Update 7/16/19

The town has made every effort to work in good faith with ESE to resolve the on-going issues with bins and trash/recycling pick-up.  We understand that this has been a headache for our residents, but with contracts there is a process you must follow.

That being said, the town served ESE with a Notice of Deficiencies on Friday.  This notice gave them 5 days to correct the deficiencies per our contract.  If all bins are not delivered to every residence in town by tomorrow our contract will be terminated with ESE.

We have been diligently working other angles to ensure there will not be any interruption in service. 

All residences will be receiving a letter regarding any and all changes within the next week.
