Planning & Zoning

Planning and Zoning is the future of our town. This board develops and reviews plans for the future of our town. They review and make recommendations to the Town Council for changes to the Greensboro Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. They also review and approve or deny all subdivision requests from developers. The Planning Commission meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at Town Hall.
