NFIP's Risk Rating 2.0

You may have heard about FEMA's new "Risk Rating 2.0" process for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) policies.
The FEMA Regional Office provided us with the attached fact sheet that may be helpful to you and others in your community.
The new rates for all single-family homes will go into effect nationwide on October 1, 2020.
